With over three decades of dedicated experience in the Texas real estate market, I specialize in real estate investment and development. My career has encompassed a wide spectrum of activities, from in-depth commercial appraisals to the strategic management of land development projects and the cultivation of successful investment partnerships. Bohls Interests – Real Estate Investments and Development (1997 – Present)

  • Extensive involvement in real estate acquisitions and rural land development.
  • Active participation as both a managing and limited partner in diverse real estate investment partnerships.
  • Successfully developed (acquisition, development, and sale) over approximately 3,500 acres of land.
  • Experienced in managing joint ventures and identifying strategic land deals through appraisal expertise.

  • Initially tasked with identifying and analyzing potential land acquisitions, subsequently managing joint venture projects.

As a fifth-generation Texan born in Austin, I have a solid connection to the local community. I am a proud father of four children and am married to Kendall Bohls. I am a member of Life Family, a non-denominational church. For fun and fitness, I enjoy golfing, am a classic muscle car enthusiast (Own a ’71 Olds 442 convertible), engaged in cross-fit workouts, enjoy gardening, working on my ranch, tending to three four-legged Wiener Dog children and am a beekeeper with five hives.
