This premium “live water” ranch is located at the end of a paved, private easement road about one mile South of FM 150 E, near the intersection of FM 150 and FM 3237.  It is ideally situated between two major cities both within an hour.  San Antonio (major airport, home to major sports franchises, employment, shopping, restaurants, hotels) is located to the Southwest and Austin (State Capitol, University of Texas, night life, hotels, shopping, international airport) is located to the Northeast.  Located nearby are the cities of Wimberley to the Southwest just 9 minutes away, Kyle located 9 minutes away to the Southeast and Dripping Springs to the North only 17 minutes.  Major thoroughfares to the property include FM 150 and FM 3237.

Two existing improvements are included featuring a moderate sized corrugated metal sided barn and a small shed.


There are approximately three miles of good ‘asphalt paved’ roadways serving the ranch.  Two parallel roads being in the middle the property lead to the bluff.  Other paved roads allow access to main parts of the ranch.
